Telecommunications service provider, Airtel Nigeria, has announced the appointment of Adebimpe Ayo Elias as Director of Human Resources and Administration, effective July 1, 2022.
In her new role, Ms. Ayo-Elias will be responsible for leading Airtel Nigeria’s human resources program with a focus on ensuring an inspired, happy and highly engaged workforce.
Prior to this elevation, Ms. Ayo-Elias served as Head, HR Business Partnering, and she brings on board more than 25 years of related experience gained across multiple industries, including telecommunications, software and fintech, and technology. human resources consulting.

She started her career at Societe Generale Bank Nigeria Limited where she was Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Human Resources, then joined Human Edge, MTN, Nokia, Corragio and System Specs Limited where she held several HR management positions until until she joins Airtel in May 2020.
Additionally, she holds academic credentials from accredited institutions around the world, including an M.Sc. in International Human Resource Management from Cranfield University, Bedfordshire, UK.
