A dedicated role oversees recruitment, training and engagement within the leadership team
TAMPA, Florida., March 2, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Blue Grace Logistics (BlueGrace), a hyper-growth third-party logistics (3PL) provider, today announced the appointment of Françoise Caraguel as Director of Human Resources. As a member of the management team, Caraguel will report to the CEO Bobby Harris and lead all aspects of human resources strategy, including talent acquisition and recruitment, onboarding and training, continuous learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement in the BlueGrace network of freight offices.
Caraguel has served as Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources in various industry sectors.

Caraguel joins BlueGrace after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in various industry sectors ranging from private equity to pharmaceuticals. As a strategic and results-oriented multilingual leader, Caraguel’s global leadership has led to positions in Europe, Africaand Latin America. Most recently, she led joint HR activities, including DE&I strategy, for cloud-based communications and collaboration platform providers PGi and TPx Communications across 25 global locations, serving 2,000 employees. (PGi and TPx Communications are Siris Capital group companies.) Previously, in his work with Johnson and Johnson as well as Pfizer (France), where she served as Chief Learning Officer, Caraguel created and implemented programs for more than 122,000 employees.
