CNB Financial: Koptchak is promoted to Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer


Clearfield, Pennsylvania – Michael D. Peduzzi, President and Chief Executive Officer of CNB Bank, announced the promotion of Heather J. Koptchak to Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

In this role, Ms. Koptchak will collaborate with senior management and strategically lead the Company’s employee resources team on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits and retention. . In addition, she will be responsible for establishing, applying and evaluating human resources policies, procedures and best practices; and identify and implement strategic long-term talent management goals.

Ms. Koptchak began her career at CNB Bank in 2004, starting as a Universal Associate. Her previous roles at the Bank reflect her successful career path, including positions as Management Trainee, Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President, Regional Manager and, most recently, Vice President of Employee Experience. .

A native of Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, Ms. Koptchak is a graduate of Philipsburg Osceola High School. She then earned her Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, Wilkes Barre Campus. Additionally, Ms. Koptchak is a graduate of the PA Bankers Advanced School of Banking, Graduate School of Banking, Human Resource Management and is a Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
