Recruitment Notice HPCL HRRL 2022: HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. (HRRL) has invited an online application for the 46 professional positions, including Manager/Senior Manager. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for these positions from February 24, 2022 to March 15, 2022.

In order to apply for the HPCL Recruitment 2022, applicants must have certain educational qualifications, including 4-year full-time degrees in engineering with minimum grades of 60% as mentioned in the notification.

Civil E5 / E6: AICTE Regular 4-Year Full-Time Civil Engineering Course
UGC Approved/Recognized University/Reputable University with a minimum of 60% marks on all
semesters/years for UR/OBCNC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Electrical engineer E5/ E6: Regular 4-year full-time engineering course in electrical engineering from AICTE-approved/UGC-recognized university/reputable university with a minimum of 60% marks from all semesters/years for applicants UR/OBCNC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants.

Instrumentation Engineer-E5/ E6: Regular 4-year full-time engineering course in Instrumentation Engineering from AICTE-approved/UGC-recognized university/reputable university with a minimum of 60% mark from all semesters/years for UR/OBCNC/EWS applicants and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants.

Mechanical – Inspection & Reliability – E5/ E6: Regular 4-year full-time engineering course in mechanical engineering from AICTE-approved/UGC-recognized university/reputable university with a minimum of 60% mark from all semesters/years for UR applicants /OBCNC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants

Mechanics / Petrochemical Mechanics – Static Maintenance -E5/E6: Regular 4-year full-time engineering course in Mechanical Engineering from AICTE-approved university/UGC-recognized university/reputable university with a minimum of 60% marks from all semesters /years for UR/OBCNC/EWS applicants and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants.

Mechanics / Petrochemical Mechanics – Rotary Maintenance – E5/ E6: Regular 4-year full-time engineering course in mechanical engineering from AICTE-approved/UGC-recognized university/reputable university with a minimum of 60% mark from all semesters/years for UR applicants /OBCNC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants.

Mechanics / Petrochemical Mechanics – Maintenance Planning – E5/ E6: Regular 4-year full-time engineering course in mechanical engineering from AICTE-approved/UGC-recognized university/reputable university with a minimum of 60% mark from all semesters/years for UR applicants /OBCNC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants.

Mechanical – Project & CES – E5/ E6: Regular 4-year full-time engineering course in mechanical engineering from AICTE-approved/UGC-recognized university/reputable university with a minimum of 60% mark from all semesters/years for UR applicants /OBCNC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants.

Chemical (including QC):Regular 4-year full-time engineering course in chemical engineering from AICTE-approved/UGC-recognized university/reputable university with a minimum of 60% mark from all semesters/years for UR applicants /OBCNC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants.

Fire and Safety-E5/E6: Regular full-time BE (Fire Engg) from NFSC Nagpur or equivalent (B.Tech in Fire Engineering or Fire & Safety Engineering from AICTE Approved / UGC Recognized University / Reputable University.)

Human resources -E5/E6:Two years full-time, Graduate Diploma in HR/Personnel
Management/Industrial Relations/Psychology or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with
specialization in HR/Personnel management from the AICTE approved institute / UGC recognized institute /
University. Candidates in the UR, EWS and OBCNC categories must have obtained minimum marks of 60% (all semester marks) in qualifying exams, relaxed to 50% (all semester marks) for SC/ST/PwBD candidates .

Accountant-E5/E6: Applicants must be Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with 50% marks

Information Systems – E5/E6: 4 years Full time BE / B.Tech in the discipline of Electronics /
Telecommunications / Electronics and telecommunications / Computing / Information technology OR
Three years of full-time Master of Computer Applications (MCA)/Master of Computer Science (MCS) courses OR Two years of full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA)/Master of Management Studies (MMS) courses with technology information or systems or informatics Science as a specialization.

Legal – E5/E6: 3 years of full-time law school after graduation or 5 years of law school after
12th standard of AICTE approved / University recognized by UGC / Reputable university.
