Gardiner holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Devry University in Florida, USA (2010) and a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Westminster in London, USA. UK (2018).
She also earned the designation of Assoc. CIPD as an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), in addition to obtaining advanced HR certificates and diplomas from the CPD certification service, including: HR management and team leader; Performance Management Principles; HR strategies for companies; leadership management; HR Consulting; UK employment law and introduction to the law.
