Clifton Christopher Buchanan, 34, of Sylacauga, was found in Etowah County on Friday. Officials said DHR received a court order granting them temporary custody. They told authorities they were unable to make contact with Buchanan or the children. The children are still missing. Authorities need help locating four missing children from Talladega County. The four children are sisters aged 2 to 12. The children were last seen Thursday around noon in Sylacauga. Anyone with information is asked to call the Talladega Sheriff’s Office at 256-761-1556.
