New Santa Ana | Free Human Resources Hotline to Help Orange County Employers Now Available


Santa Ana, Calif. (June 30, 2021) – In collaboration with the Orange County Labor Development Commission (OCWDB) and the California Employers Association (CEA), Orange County offers monthly webinars and free hotlines. We support Orange County employers. Support in human resources (HR).

The HR hotline is available to all Orange County businesses in 240 languages ​​and provides expert advice on basic talent issues including, but not limited to:
• Unemployment insurance, Labor Relations Commission and / or discrimination complaints
• Inquiries regarding COVID-19 and return to work
• Discipline and dismissal of employees
• Employee manual
• Employees and labor relations
• Prevention of harassment
• Paid Sick Leave Act and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Workmen’s compensation rules
• Work training
The HR Hotline will be operational from Thursday July 1, 2021 and will be open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Employers can call (888) 589-7577 toll-free. Businesses can sign up for free monthly webinars on a variety of HR topics in English and Spanish.
