Senior HR Manager – Governance & Systems


Fixed-term contract (6 months)

Full time – 35 hours per week

We are looking for someone with extensive experience and proven capabilities in HR, Systems and Governance who are able to effect positive change in a highly complex and dynamic environment.

The opportunity:

As Senior HR Manager – Governance & Systems, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of new processes and approaches to ensure good governance across the HR function. This includes, but is not limited to: governance of end-to-end people processes; HR risk management; HR workforce planning; Budgeting and HR reporting; business continuity planning; people analysis and reports

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Previous experience of successfully managing the coordination and delivery of high quality key HR services, either in a generalist team or in a specialized area, to multiple stakeholders and clients
  • Previously managed, motivated and developed teams within an operational function to achieve service excellence
  • Experience in developing high quality standards and key performance indicators, as well as setting performance and development standards for the team to provide top notch, efficient and effective service.
  • A high degree of self-motivation, initiative and drive, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
